Decent phone, some problems
I bought this phone a few months ago and got the everything data plan from sprint. Although this phone has some wonderful features, there are some flaws.
First of all, let me start by saying this is not a smartphone. My husband bought a smartphone and smartphones have many extra features and apps.
Great features:
Opens 2 ways
full keyboard
personalize the home screen
Good for texting
easy email access
good battery life
Flaws:
Freezes up
very few apps
difficult to navigate online (web pages do not look like they do on a PC)
cannot use a password to lock your phone
You cannot store many appointments in your calendar as it runs out of space
Cannot store many memos in your memo pad as it runs out of space
Photos come out blurry
You can only send short videos to others. You must email long videos but its difficult to do.

Great Phone
I bought this phone to upgrade from LG Rumor, and I fell in love with it. You have easy access to any and everything with the Sprint One Click feature. This phone is music capable, and connects easily with bluetooth earpieces. Not to mention, the dual slide action is amazing, and when sending or receiving a text, the font is large and clear to read. The phone itself is a bit bulky, and buttons on the QWERTY keyboard are a bit smaller than the ones on the LG Rumor's, but it's easy to adapt to. And last but not least, the resolution on the camera is sharper on this phone than any other phone I've ever owned (including the phones I had when I was with AT&T). So when you take pictures or record a video, the images are crystal clear. I am very pleased with this phone, and I suggest this phone to ANYBODY looking to upgrade, no matter their provider.

Affodable Phone and Plans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I honestly have to say this my favorite phone of all times. I been having this phone for half a year now and it is still RoCkEn!!
I am those that love gadgets, texting, games, pictures, etc., but don't want to pay a whole lot for one like the iphone which requires a data plan.... This phone have dual slider, the monthly bill(data plan is not required which is affordable, I can stick to my old plan even with a contract)... It have a 2.0 camera with video recording, you can set your video recording for separate individual video ringtones, in fact you can set any ringtones for each individual person... The internet browser is pretty good, camera/camcorder is pretty clear, also have mp3 player, sprint tv or you can watch on youtube, it have myspace/facebook already added on the menu, it comes with a few game demos, sprint navigation, sprint family locator, 3 sets of alarm clock for different times(you choose the volume/ringtones), voice memo, battery life just perfect for me, micro sd slot, usb port, head phone jack, bluetooth, speaker is pretty loud and clear, etc...The list keep going on and on.. ..
